I've had a few bad migraines this pregnancy, my Dr told me to take extra strength Tylenol and get a strong coffee at Starbucks (just the Starbucks has helped a lot each time, I don't usually take meds while pregnant).

Yes my doc told me to take some tylenol with a caffeine drink when tylenol alone was not working

Yes you can have caffeine when you are pregnant, they just don't want you having too many cups of coffee or sodas a day.  1-2 is not going to hurt the baby. Hope you feel better!!

I had a bad headache last night and after 5 hrs of it I took 1 Tylenol. You are allowed to drink caffeine while pregnant.  If the pain goes away your body and baby can relax.

I use a humidifier at night the keep my nose clear and Tylenol won't hurt the baby to get you through the pain but I would use regular strength you can also try a hot shower to break up the congestion too hope that helps :)

Oh my goodness that's horrible I'm sorry.  I recently started getting bad headaches too I've been using an ice pack where my headaches start and take 1 dose of tylenol.  It helps me a lot.
