I've had a headache every single day of this pregnancy and had a migraine on 5 different occasions now. My Dr has me on vitamin b2 magnesium and melatonin as well and I have hydrocodone as needed for when I can't get them under control.  I and ways try a hot shower and just let the water pour on my head as long and as I can. Also 2 Tylenol and a Mt dew or a hot wash cloth on my head or behind my neck in bed as dark and quite as possible.

I was having migraines in my 1st trimester, then my doc said I could go back to 1-3 cups of coffee a day and they disappeared. I was having withdrawal! Also, migraines run in my family, though I'd never had one so I was nervous about them, I was getting them every day.

I use peppermint essence usually helps you just can't use it in your third trimester. I also sometimes take a warm bath and put an ice pack on my head while in the bath

It's not the ideal solution but when things are really bad I'm drinking a can of redbull and it helps. Obviously energy drinks are not the best drink during pregnancy but when I drink it I don't take any more caffeine on that day and the next day (no coffee, tea, chocolate etc) .

I just stayed in bed, rested and let it pass. Also kept up my hydration. I took paracetamol but found that didn't help at all. I read a website suggesting a shot of caffine like an espresso could help.
I hope your migraine has gone away by now! X
