Bad cramping is the main sign...with my first miscarriage I had bad cramping and bleeding but with my second one I only had the cramping. I was about 5-6 weeks both times.

For me I woke up with my shorts soaked in blood, then the severe cramps came. I was very early. The day before I had a tiny bit of light cramping like my period was going to come, and a tiny spot of blood when I wiped one time. I had no real signs I was going to miscarry.

Complete loss of pregnancy symptoms, severe cramping (cramping is normal in early pregnancy), bleeding red blood.

Most miscarriages happen before week 6. By week 9 the risk is less than 2%

I had the same habit, but Im 30 weeks now now do those chances low the farther along you are. The clear signs I know of are hard painful cramps, and you blood in clots not just regular period dependin. On how far along you are. Some women dont even know they had one.

Many years ago I had a miscarriage and I was cery early and I didnt even know, the only thing off was large clots (tmi sorry).

How far along are you ?
