My feet are usually swollen so they don't really fit in my shoes by the end of the day at work. I find that it's less if I can alternate between walking around and sitting (my job has both aspects to it), and when I'm sitting I take my shoes off and prop up my feet a bit. Drinking lots of water and cutting back on salty foods will also help minimize swelling.

Swelling is very normal, but you are a little early for it, I would just being it up at your next dr appt just to be sure your blood pressure is ok...

I'm swollen too fortunately it didn't start till 35 weeks, but yes Dr said it's normal. Cut back on salt & keep your grey up raised aBove your hips. Honestly it doesn't work for me though...

Normal? I wouldn't say that. However everyone's pregnancy is different.
