I usually eat raisin bran or life cereal, it's rich in fiber drink plenty of water to keep you hydrated as well
An apple a day works for me. I have always had slow digestive system so I was especially careful when I got pregnant. Its been 23 weeks today and I haven't had any problem even a single day.
Banana and date smoothies I live on them so yummy freeze the bananas and fresh pitted dates add a little cinnamon and a dash of I use almond milk delish every morning
Green smoothie, ground flax seed in yogurt or keifer, plums, vitamin c never fails for me
prunes help me. I just eat 3-4 a day and haven't had a problem since.
eat lots of prunes! It's the only thing that works for me
If you can't do purine juice apple juice works too
A friend of mine suggested sprinkling a little bit of ground flax seed on food. I haven't tried it yet, but it's worth a shot.
