nausea PLEASE HELP
I'm 11 weeks pregnant and I can't stop throwing up.. smh.. help I have tried everything.
There gross and burn like tequila but ginger shots cut the nausea instantly
Had extreme morning sickness in my first trimester and only thing that helped was mint candy, pretzels, saltine crackers and tea... I tried to use zofran and that just made it worse

If you get to the point where you cannot keep any fluids down at all, I highly recommend seeing your doctor asap so you can get some medication for nausea. Some women develop Hyperemesis gravidarum which is severe nausea/vomiting during pregnancy. It causes you to become severely dehydrated and rapid weight loss. Like i said, if you cannot hold fluids down AT ALL see ur doc before it gets to the point where u are admitted in the hospital for IV fluids. Take care.
