Saltines, ginger ale, Vitamin B6, and staying away from any smells that trigger nausea help. None of those things really helped me much though, so my doctor gave me Phenergan to take for those terribly nauseous days. I'm 14w5d now and feeling much better but do still have heartburn daily. Tums or Zantac are good for that. Best of Luck!
I'm bouta 8 weeks an my morning sickness wax crazy an still is sometimes I got me the ******* pops they help a lot an like everyone else said saltin crackers an sprite

I had pretty bad morning sickness too. Threw up 2-3 times a day. I find sipping on soft drink really helped. But then my friend who is a Dr suggested that I was having reflux which was contributing to my morning sickness. I always had an uncomfortable feeling in my throat. So she told me to take zantac. Zantac pretty much cured my morning sickness. I no longer felt queezy but I still occasionally get morning sickness. Just not as severe as before. Try zantac (prescription) or mylanta. I noticed a difference about an hr after taking it. Hopefully it will help you with your morning sickness.
Just in the morning? Take it slow eat small, I'm used to eating big breakfasts but I quickly learned no no. Toast banana juice. Then an hour or 2 later apple or bagel. Cold Ginger ale saved my life :) sip it in am or take to work. Sometimes after dinner my nausea would come, eat half of what you usually do. Nothing weird or spicy worked for me (back up it came) I did end up taking vitamin b6 daily in the morning. They say it helps with nausea so maybe pick up 25mg tabs at store it's safe. My nausea started at 6 wks all the way to 22 wks :D ahhhhh yeah that was long but it happened about every other day as I progressed. Now 38wks and no more sickness!
As crazy as this my sound sip on a can of Pepsi or coke.
Saltine crackers and ginger ale has helped me. Whatever you do stay hydrated.
