Does your doc office offer help with meal ideas? Walking is always a great way to stay active . I was so worried about gaining lots of weight being that im already over weight but i ended up being sick for the first three months and lost 30 pounds and have gained about five back and im almost eight months now.
Also eating smaller meals more offen is better than fewer big meals

I gained 50 with my first and i had him last april 2012.. so needles to say i didnt lose much of that baby weight. Im 18 weeks now and havemt gained a pound. Just balance out your meals and dont eat heavy at night and cut out carbs becuase there useless. Eat lots of fi er and protein because its filling and good cor the baby and stay activ. I always gp for waljs with my son before bedtime like 30 mins or so

Most women who are overweight (including myself) are usually only.recommended to gain about 15 lbs. My doc told me that i would b ok to not gain any weight.as long as i am eating healthy and not starving myself. Im 27 weeks and hve only put on 8 lbs so far. I do alot of walking and have  3 yeR old to keep.me busy. I try and not indulge and think im eating for two as i did in my first pregnacy and put on alot of weight as well. Took me nearly 2 years to take off the weight and then some. Did u gain water weight cuz that cant always b avoided but youll do great just mke healthy choices and find a walking buddy!

Weight management is totally possible during pregnancy. Eating right and light exercise can help with more than just weight to. Just be sure that you don't over do it. Make sure you talk to your dr about your concerns and the type of exercise you choose. I have always been a fan of yoga. It's a gentle way to lose weight, and can help during labor and delivery. Good luck :)
