What pain reliever is safe to take?
Unfortunately only Tylenol. .. :( but if you have some fabric or an old big sock, fill it with rice, and microwave it for a good heat and put it on your painful muscles. I make them for friends and family and me me tell you they are a lifesaver. that and baths. Lol good luck honey.
