Your babys head has probably moved down so pushing on your pelvis,I am exactly the same and i am 36weeks 1day,just try not to walk about to much but you do not need bed rest!I am on crutches my spd is that bad but with two small children already you just have to get on with it.If it is really painfull talk to your midwofe about a bump support, its like a large tubey grip that helps to support the weight of your bump and relieve the pressure.

I'd call my doctor and see if you should get checked...with my last pregnancy I was around 35 weeks when I developed SPD...symphasis pubis dysfunction. It feels kind of like your pelvis is ripping apart or being crushed when you first stand and try to walk or when you do much of anything. This pregnancy I've had it since 24 wks (I'm 27 wks now...longest most painful wks ever) and have been using hot compresses when possible, sitting on an exercise ball helps, so do warm baths. Good luck!!
