passing out from pain

So I am 7 ½ weeks. I just had an episode that was really scary. Not even positive that it didn't kill the baby , but not sure how to know. So if poop stories bother u, stop reading!!!! It started about 4 hours ago with cramps from having to poo. They were really bad, I had goose bumps from the pain and was wincing in pain. I finally got to the bathroom about 20 minutes later thanks to traffic. While pooing, I came very close to passing out from the pain. My face became pale, I was clammy, I felt extremely dizzy. (I have passed out from pain before, and it was just like that.) I have never felt that kinda pain from pooping ever. It was unreal. It continued periodically over the next few hours. It wasn't cuz the poo was too hard. It was soft... So. I'm confused what was causing the pain. I finally woke up hours later feeling fine. But I clearly passed out cuz I woke up in the bathroom laying in a small amount of poo.... Sorry, really a horrible story. I had chicken at lunch cooked by my roommate who I'm pretty sure is on drugs. So its possible I ate undercooked poultry. Idk. I have had food poisoning before and this was no way similar. Any suggestions? Do I have this to look forward to for the rest of my pregnancy? Can they give me something to prevent it? What the hell was it? Should I tell my Dr? I'm fine now ... Just .... Scared and confused

My husband is a paramedic and He has told me stories of people passing out while on the toilet(usually older people though) from straining.not sure.but I would go to the e.rAnd make sure everything is ok

Thank u all for the advise. I feel 100%better now, so I'm going to let Dr know about it in the morning. I'm trying to avoid the er cuz last time I was there they ****** up. But the drug thing I'm serious about and I am in the process of correcting the living situation, but unfortunately, it's a process

Its call a vagel response. The vagel nerve runs through your Rectum if that gets pinched of during a difficult bowel movement it can cause fainting, Light handedness, cold sweats, and nausea. Miralax is pregnancy safe for constipation.

Are you joking about the drugs thing? Like "haha you're on drugs" or legitimately high on something?  Resolve that living situation.

It may have just been a lot, did you see blood? I've never heard of that maybe you're also dehydrated I'd drink lots of water for the next few days and go to the doctor

Go to the er mama, maybe u did get food poisoning, that happens to me sometimes, but is a mild cramping and I go to the bathroom and then I poop, but go to the emergency room and make sure everything is good with ur baby

Food poisoning wouldn't make you sick for at least 6-12 hours after ingestion... It could've just been a reaction from having a bm, but if you passed out you need to go to the ER

Yeah it could have even bee. Under cooked chicken which is worse then food poisoning! I'd go to the er.

You need to go to the ER it could just be constipation but severe but if you passed out then you should go to the doctors

You had food poisoning.  If your really worried call your doctor.
