I have tried a lot of things. But it only helped till I am doing particular exercise. After that it become same.
I will now try reflexology as well.
But does it usually go away after delievery? How much time does it take.

I also suffer with pelvic and hip pain . I'm getting  physio  and that's seems to be helping.  I also have tried hot baths they give me short term  relief.  I use a hot water bottle as well on my lower  back.

I had pgp with my first pregnancy from about 5 months, and have had it from 6 weeks with this one, it's horrible and so painful! I've been to physio etc the only thing that gave me any relief was reflexology, find a good practitioner who can work with pregnancy! Hope u have a good last 4 weeks
