Hi. I might be quite ignorant but I am only 20 weeks pregnant and i dont have a big bump. I have seen those pregnancy belts and i am not sure what they are for. Do I need to use them? Do they help with growth? Help the skin? Or just take away the weight? Are they comfortable? Please if you use them enlighten me!
It works wonders!! I am on my feet all day and the weight on my pelvic bone all day was almost unbearable. It hurt to walk, sit, stand, and lay down at night. My Dr told me to get one and my days are back to feeling normal. I started wearing it at 29 weeks.
