Everyone is different but I've been on New Chapter perfect prenatals for going on 2 yes soon to be 3 years strait because of breast feeding and kids being close.... Love these research them and you shall see they are one of the top brands... Hope this helps...momma

I found pregnacare plus to be brilliant,  no sickness with added fish oil too they mqke me feel less guilty on days my diet haven't been great

Rainbow light prenatal and Carlson dha are an amazing combo!! I've seen the difference in friends babies that have taken this combo! They are whole food and completely affordable.

I use CitraNatal dha because the generics that I was taking made me sick and I haven't had any problems with these.

Enfamil have been thr only ones that dont make me sick. But if you decide to go with gummies get an iron supplement because gummies do not have iron

Nature made liquid gels with dha. Absolutely love them!! :-) very gentle on tummy bc they are liquid gels and my pb was very happy and impressed with my choice on those she said they are a great brand :-)

I like nature made with DHA but I don't think the brand is very important I just bought Safeway brand with DHA it has 2 pills system and it was way more affordable. So in my opinion any brand with DHA :)
