My daughter was born at 34 weeks due to placental abruption. It was very scary.  My doc did an emergency c section and they told me she would be about 2lbs.  I was also terrified.  Long story short she was born and weighed 3lbs 6oz.  She stayed in the nicu for about two weeks, but it was only to gain more weight.  Babies can make  this early...  JUST PRAY!
