question for moms that had a LEEP prior to pregnancy

I had the LEEP procedure a couple years ago. I'm now 32 weeks and started wondering, since part of my cervix was removed, will it have any effect of the baby's due date? Meaning is it possible she will come sooner or no? I'm curious because my daughter prior to the LEEP was 2 weeks early and I just want to be prepared and know what to expect. So any moms out there that have been through this, did it seem to effect your pregnancy and if so, how?

So I had the leep and had no probs at all my daughter came right on her due date. They could feel my scar tissue but said everything should be fine and it was. So I think ull be ok.

I had a leep done and it did not affect my two pregnancies after.  I was concerned and doctor did check me with ultrasound and vaginally.  One pregnancy was a twin pregnancy which I delivered @ 32weeks4days due to growth restriction not leep and the other was 4 days early and a Vbac delivery.

No effects are always a good thing.

Anybody else that's been through this?

I had the LEEP done after I had my daughter. They monitored my cervix for a few months with no change, thank goodness. And my son was born 11 days overdue. So it didn't effect my cervix. Good luck

My midwife hasn't done anything different. Unfortunately she doesn't always seem to pay attention and she dismisses things pretty quickly. Her solution to any pains is always stretching. I can't switch to a different doc either. But anyways, I'm not sure she even noticed that I had the leep procedure noted in my file. I guess I'll just have to question her when I go for my next visit on the 2nd.

Did the Dr monitor your cervix extra close through out this pregnancy? I'm only 10w 3d, but my Dr said you can thin early and have the baby early. They have been watching out close, I go for an ultrasound every three weeks. And see the Dr every 3 weeks but different weeks than the ultrasound. I had my Leep after my son, do this is my first post Leep pregnancy
