I second the sea bands. It worked wonders for me my first trimester. Make sure you follow the instructions. They don't go exactly where I expected on my wrist. The other thing that worked for me was this nausea hard candy from babies r us. That and I would try to have a couple of crackers before getting up in the morning. I had awful nausea my first trimester all day every day and these were the only things that seemed to work for me. Then one day I woke up and it was just gone. Hope yours is gone soon!
Cut up lemons and put them in the freezer and have them as little popsicles. Keep saltin crackers with you and room temperature ginger ale. I was sick for the first 18 weeks of my pregnancy it was horrible my poor husband saw a lot in that time lol. I'm now 37 weeks and glad that it's allover. Good luck and God bless
1 saltine cracker or open a pack of peanut butter crackers (contains 6) and eat 1 when u feel sick. Helped me and ate 1 pack a day
