If you are worried about diabetes after delivery,  just follow the advice above. Breastfeeding also reduces both your and your baby's risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Staying active after delivery (give yourself time to heal) and eating healthy will benefit you.

Have you taken the diabetic test yet? In some pregnancy Women just get it, even if healthy and not run in family.  Good thing to discuss with your dr. Best thing to avoid sweets,  junk food,  sugary drinks.. Drink plenty of water and remain active

Being pregnant depending on what happens, it comes and goes. Check and see if it ryns in your family also. But your too close to the end so you dont have a thing to worry about

Small meals or snacks every two hours.  Complex carbs instead of simple white ones. Exercise and try not to drink your calories,  make water your number one option.
