I gained 60 lbs with my first baby and lost 40 lbs by breast feeding, going to gym twice a week and dieting! I never got to my prebody bc i got on deposhot, birth control made stay at 180, i couldn't lose or gain weight for 2yrs. Now I'm prego again at 31wks ive already gain 30 lbs. With this one I'm not going on birth control till i lose all my pregnancy fat!!

it all depends on your body. I had 4 kids already and gained from 30-45lbs each pregnancy and I would go back to my pre-pregnancy weight in less than 4wks. But I've always weighed around 110-120. And I breastfed all but 1 kid for a year.

The weight I gained with my son was only 41 lbs. I literally dropped 30 of them when I pushed him out. By the following week I was back to my pre pregnancy weight. I'm naturally small though so maybe that's why. We'll see how I do with this baby

No I did during. My first I went 110-190. I lost it all +10  within 3 months. (I breastfed) then my last I gained about 35 and lost it slower but I was on a lot of pain Meds from my c section so I didnt breastfeed. And I lost it then stopped the pain killers and put some back on so it took a bit to get to normal. I'm now 14 wks and gained 6. Hoping not to gain more than another 15.
