sinus and cold . any meds I can take .

So this is my first pregnancy and I'm very early in , about 6 weeks .  I haven't been to a Dr yet due to fact my health insurance is still being reviewed . However I have bad allergies and stopped my meds once I found out I was pregnant and now I'm developing a very bad sinus infection. Is there anything I can take ?  I've been reading a lot about this and it seems there isn't . Some say Tylenol sinus is ok but others say no . Any help would be great .

There is also an awesome cold medicine we are safe to take at Walmart. The exact name slips my mind at the moment. Its the equate brand if you ask the pharmacist there they can point it out to just make sure to tell them you're pregnant. its about 3$ for the box And its amazing! Has always helped when I have had sinus colds

You can ask any pharmacist and they can assist you with what is safe and fits your symptoms.

I've heard sudafed a couple times now . Thanks for the info , I'm miserable right now.  Fatigue , nausea and now sinus stuff is making this pregnancy quite uncomfortable at the moment .

Mucinex, Sudafed, claritin, benedryl and zyrtec are the allergy and cold medicines my Dr has listed on the paperwork he gave me about medication that is safe to take while pregnant.
