I feel you. I have a one bedroom apt but I'm single. It is tight, and every time I get something new, I have to rearrange. But it's working for me. The tightest area is my bedroom with my bed and the crib plus dressers.

Skip a rock n play, unnecessary. A crib and maybe a combo bouncy seat / swing and you'll be fine. You could get a pnp instead of a crib if you were really really worried about space, I'm not sure how big your room is, but that's an option as well.

I'm also in a 2 bedroom with a 7 year old son and stepson who comes on weekends. I have a crib and  a dresser for baby girl in our room. Swing, vibrating chair, and pack and play for living room. Its tight, but we gotta do what we gotta do.

Agreed. Changing tables usually never got used with my oldest. I would say get a crib and a rock and play, Im in a 2 bedroom too and thats my plan and maybe if you have space for a small dresser for the baby

I second the changing table no need for it. The 5 in 1 carry me near bassinet is great.  They also have the foldable play yard beds or the portable beds that fold. Saves space and have 2 diff sizes

I recommend a newborn rock n play for the baby to sleep in its very handy and not big at all and folds up small.I used a bassinet with my other 2 children till they grew out of it but I'm pregnant with my 3rd baby and going to use the newborn rock n play because it's much more smaller and it also elevates their head.

I always skip changing tables.  Easier to just put a pad down wherever I am and change baby.  So we just have a crib and a portacrib for the family room.  We live in a 2 bedroom too and have baby #3 on the way so space does get tight... That is the only baby furniture we have and the only thing I sometimes wish I had was a comfy rocking chair for nursing.  I have to walk downstairs to use our couch if I want support while I nurse.
