sneezing and coughing

Is it possible to miscarry a baby from sneezing and coughing too much during the first trimester? Seriously I was coughing all night last night, sneezing and coughing all day today. :(I feel like i can sneeze or cough out the baby.

If puking your guts out won't cause a miscarriage, then coughing and sneezing won't either. The body experiences a much more violent reflex for vomiting than either coughing or sneezing. Your baby is anchored inside the uterus well, and has lots of padding and fluid for protection. You and baby will be fine.

I had the same worries cux i actually had the flu. But u shoukd be ok just remeber to keep hydrated and try to get some rest. The saline sprays might help reduce some of the sneezing! Hope you feel better!
