sneezing...

I'm 10w tomorrow and i have a slight bleed in my uterus. So I'm told no strenuous activity, lifting anything heavy and no getting my heart rate up. Sometimes when I sneeze it feels like I'm pulling a groin muscle but I'm not sure what it is. The left side (& left side only) gets real tight and tense for about 10-15 seconds and goes away. Should I be worried that its strenuous on my body? I had a miscarriage this past june so of course I'm terrified about everything abnormal feeling. Does this happen to you?

It is to early for round ligament pain.. and it's generally felt on your right side. It's likely just your body going threw chances! My first pregnancy I don't remember ever getting aches or pains.. this pregnancy I have had them from about 6w on. Try and lay on that side, or take Tylenol
