I'm 6 weeks as well and I agree with the other ladies long as there is no blood you should be fine but to keep from worrying just contact your doctor to be sure

I had every symptom possible. I had cramping, breast tenderness, nausea, food adversion,  itchy skin, headaches, crazy mood swings, extreme fatigue, and drown discharge. It didn't always happen at the same time. I would almost always have two symptoms at once but I always felt not myself until 14 weeks. I woke up one day and felt like I had not eating for days. I am 26 weeks now and it's much better. I have new symptoms but they are more tolerable. :)

Cramping is extremely normal you should actually be happy u have it because it means ur uterous and baby are growing! So u know everything is healthy. And yes symptoms come and go.

For me it was cramping was normal...everyone is different...but most of the cramping is normal...if there is no bleeding...I think it's fine...but if it gets worse you would want to talk to your doc...I'm 14 weeks 2 days right now barely getting over morning sickness
