I don't from where you are, but there  is a store here in Montreal call Thyme maternity. They have a cream that work wonder for sore breast! I put some before bed and before putting on my bra in the morning.

Yup I was a ddd to begin with and mine hurt all day long sharp pains and cramping, pinching. Grew two full sizes by 8 wks. But yes taking the bra off at end day hurts like heck esp if u have sore nipples too...felt better for me not to wear a bra but doesnt look too attractive! Lol pain does subside...I am 28 now and its been a few wks since the pain but they have their days where they are sensitive.

Thank you all. I may invest in a sports bra. They hurt more when i take my bra off and i used to love taking my bra off at end of a long day. Now its just more pain

I was the same way up until around 20 wks as well.  They were very tender and my nipples would hurt, but now they dont hurt at all anymore and I'm now 31 wks.

They're going to stay that way for a while. I'm 12 weeks and they aren't getting any better yet... I seem to remember a little less discomfort near the end of my pregnancy with my first but not much. Supportive bras without underwires are a good bet. I slept in sports bras for most of my pregnancy with baby #1 but have decided that going braless at night actually really does help. Let 'em breathe. And go in for a fitting when you notice a size difference... making sure that your bras fit right can definitely make you feel better!

Try wearing sports bras instead of the bras with under wire that helped me out alot.
