sore shoulder while sleeping?

So I sleep either on my left or right side. I have to switch frequently from those two sides because my shoulder starts hurting so bad if I lay on one side for too long.  Does Anyone know any tips to eliminate some of the pressure on my shoulder while I sleep? Anyone else dealing with this?  Any suggestions would help, thanks.

Ok Thanks everyone.  I do sleep with a pillow in my legs Cuz I get pelvic pain if I don't and I was thinking maybe I'll sleep with a pillow or wedge under my shoulder.  I fell asleep on the futon last night just for a couple hours and my shoulder hurts so bad today. . *****. :(

Start sleeping with pregnancy pillow anf try to sleep a bit elevated. It also helps relieve acid refluxes and is comfortable. I ordered one from amazon wich is on both the sides, I do sleep inbetween the pillow. Works wonders...

Same thing keeps happening to me, and sore hips even with pillows between my knees and I'm only 22 weeks!

My shoulders have been killing me, I have no idea what to do. I just do exercises to release tension and get them stretched but who knows if thats helping.

Lay on your most comfortable side and put a pillow between your legs and another behind your back.
You can either lay more on your tummy or more on yourback bur your tilted enough so that youre not all the way on your back or tummy if that makes sense.

I'm having the same thing and then my shoulder ends up staying sore for most of the day and makes my neck hurt. I have tried going to my chiropractor and that helps relieve it but it just comes right back that night.
