You guys are amazing. Thank you so much for your kind wOrds advice and positive attitudes. I shall try my best n update with what's going on :).
I unfortunately suffered multiple miscarriages before this one sticking and I am currently almost 28 weeks. Anyways, know that some bleeding/spotting/weird discharge is normal, especially in early pregnancy and after you have sex or do anything to 'disturb' down there because of the extra blood flow and increased sensitivity.
With my miscarriages I didn't get very crampy. And I didn't get any red blood before they started. Mine was a continual pink discharge when I wiped that kept getting worse by the day. The pink discharge eventually changed to a brown discharge which proceeded to thicken until I could tell I was losing material.
My doctors office wouldn't see me before 8 weeks after finding out when I was 4 weeks 5 days, and so I went to the hospital. When I went they took my blood and tested my hormone levels. That was the only way they were able to tell me I was having a miscarriage.
I would relax if I were in your position as I have been before. I know, I know, easier said than done but stress will only make it worse. Get in bed, put your feet up, watch a movie etc. and remember that some women bleed all throughout their pregnancies and have beautiful babies!! Every body and therefore therefore, every pregnancy is different.
Just hang in there, everything will be alright. And CONGRATULATIONS on your pregnancy!! :D
I am 8w 3d with light spotting and cramping. I have read that it is called breakthrough bleeding. Its nothing serious and expected the first trimester. Our bodies are going through hormonal changes and things of this nature are sometimes normal. I have my first prenatal visit December 26, 2013 will find out for sure what's happening. Will post my results. Til then, stay positive and relax.
1-2 weeks from ovulation and would translate to 4 weeks of pregnancy.
Ovulation generally happens 14 days after the first day of your period. So 2 post ovulation would mean 4 weeks pregnant.
Congratulations on getting pregnant!
You cannot get a heartbeat scan done before you are 8 weeks pregnant, so I would wait and stay calm. Have positive thoughts.
Some women spot all along their pregnancies and the babies turn out fine.
If it gets heavier or continuous, report to your doctor.
