stomach flu and breastfeeding infant

Its going around. My Kids had it, now me n hubby.
Is it safe to breastfeed an infant (my baby is 3 months old) while having the virus?
I really hope she doesn't catch it, I'm so worried!
I threw up once today, but been having diarrhea all day, with occasional stomach cramps. Also, feeling wore down, like I could sleep for hours.
anyone else been in this position with a new baby?

You can breastfeed. Just try covering your mouth so you don't breathe on baby. All of the antibodies your body is using to kill the virus will transfer to your baby. So baby will actually get a stronger inmune sistem! My Dr always said it was good to breastfeed while sick except when having medications!
