Eat fiber and Drunk lots of water.. dehydration can cause the same pains.. i just spent the last week dealing with this.. a few days of water and fiber and im feeling loads better.. the body needs both fiber and water to clean itself out entirely..
No judgement taken. I'm actually taking my OB's advice about quitting smoking. I was ready to quit cold turkey when I found out I was preggo but she said its more harmful to the baby for me to just quit cold turkey because the nicotine is already in my system. She said its much like a drug addict quitting cold turkey when they get preggo and that quitting cold turkey can send the baby into shock and increase my risk of a miscarriage. I went from 2 packs a day to not quite a half pack a day and OB said by 2nd trimester I should be able to fully quit with no risk to baby. Most times now its a matter of lighting a cigarette and taking a drag or two and putting it out.
Sometimes is just gas. What helps with mine is hot water. Heat up some hot water in a coffee mug n drink it. It helps sometimes....not trying to judge you or anything but I hope you quite the cigarette for the sick of your child.
I have a normal #2 cycle. I thought of that as well because I have irritable blowel syndrome but that part is normal. I still have pain this morning. I mom said I could be developing an allergy to gluten. Tried calling my OB but the office isn't open until Monday and I have an appt first thing Monday anyway. Just got some tums amd going to see how that works. Sometimes I do feel pressure when I go to the bathroom and I read it could also be the start of a UTI. If it gets worse I'll just go to the hospital.
Sorry to sound so rude, but wheb was the last time you went #2?? I had the same with my last pregnancy and it turned out I had an impacted colon. It was severely painful but slightly better after burping but the pain would come back soon after. It was always worse after eating ir drinking... even drinking water... If that sounds similar try using a rectal suppository to get any waste out asap to relieve the pressure
It may be food poisoning. Call your midwofe if you don't get relief.
