I use mustela. Buy it from Amazon.
Bio oil works pretty good! I don't know if it has vitamin e in it tho... I also use this oil I got from Target made by Apothecary. It's coconut, milk and honey oil. I'm 36 weeks and don't have any new stretch marks yet so I guess it works!
