I even tried to smoke after the sick feeling started just cause I'm a wimp but didn't work I lost my lunch everytime. But as sad as it is I don't smoke for 6+ months but the second we got home after baby was here I smoked one and it was like heaven lol guess 6 months isn't enough to break the habit for me. Maybe this time it will be.

I hear where your coming from! With all 3 of my pregnancies by about the 12 week point or even a little sooner the smell of them would make me very sick and the taste even! If   I tried to smoke anyways my body would force me to stop by giving me horrible pains lol hopefully they just eventually make you sick I know that happens often

I'm dealing with the same issue. I've read up on it. If you use the patches it needs to be the ones that only work for 16 hours and have to take it off at night. You shouldn't use the ecig because it is not regulated. Even my doctor said just to cut down and after a while you will get the urge to stop

I just stopped buying them which made it easier to not smoke when I was alone and my hubby/friends were actually pretty cool about it when I asked them to not smoke in front of me but with all three pregnancy just the smell of them started making me sick around four months anyways.

Pregnant women arent supposed to use the patches coz they release nicotine into your bloodstream...i found the ecig worked great and was able to ditch it after a few weeks

I didnt like the patches. I would try the vaporizers because it has no chemicals and different levels of nicotine.  I quit pretty easy but still crave them.
