90% of my cravings are subway and I hate lunch meat toasted or cooked. Is it safe to eat if I ask for fresh meat from the walkin?
If you get food poisoning from lunch meat, it will kill your baby. People take this so lightly and act like it can't happen to them, but I know several people who have gotten food poisoning from lunch meat. I don't mean to be dramatic or scare you, just want you to know the facts.
The meat can be fresh and still contain bacteria that is harmful to ur baby. Although your body can fight the bacteria, the baby cant. Maybe just toast the meat and not the sandwich.
I eat subway all the time and I don't think it's bad at all. The meats are fresh.
