super bad bloating and gas.. help!

My morning sickness only seems to show up around dinner time. Also after I eat dinner, I get super bloated and have really bad gas pains. I can feel the gas pressure under my ribs. Any other time I eat I feel perfectly fine.
Anyone else experience this? Any way to get relief? I've just been going to bed right after I eat because I hurt so bad.

Thanks everyone! I do sit up after I'm done eating. My husband suggested tea too but my stomach is so bloated and hard I can't even imagine adding a cup of tea to it haha.
I'll try some of these suggestions. Last night I just snacked at dinner time and didn't get too bloated/gassy.

Ginger tea is good for most tummy and digestive problems. It helped me when I was gassy and bloated.

I try to tums first & if that doesn't work or it's really bad, I use gas x. Both are okay during pregnancy. I like the chewable gas x, in case I'm not near a drink to swallow a pill.

Im 7wks 5days and also suffer from gas. Because u get nausea so often its hard to eat and if i dont i get trapped wind. Best thing i find is drink a glass of soda water,, walk around a bit until eventually comes out. Dont lie down after ur meal only makes it worse. Hope this helps☺

Make sure you are sitting up for at least 30 minutes after you eat to allow for digestion. Zantac or pepcid is ok to take during pregnancy. A less harsh option is tums which also provides calcium. However calcium can slow the absorption of iron so space it out a bit from your prenatals.

I had that at the beginning of my pregnancy but it went away around 14 weeks.

In the same boat have yet to find relief I think it's just something that happens during pregnancy since all the hormones tend to slow down the digestive system
