swelling HELP!!

My feet are beyond swollen.. what are some things I can do to reduce it?? I heard epsom salt helps is it true??

Definitely increase your water intake and elevate your feet but also watch how much sodium you are taking in. Decreasing it will make a big difference.

I worked ob and labor and delivery ask your ob for compression stalkings they will save you life also avoid salt and stay hydrated

Hey keep your feet elevated above your hips. Also exercise your toes and feet. Keep you legs straigh, start just moving your toes up and down,  then move your ankles up and down and finally rotate your ankles in a circular motion. All this helped me with my swelling. I hope it helps you as well
