swollen feet

I had my baby Monday and my feet are still beyond swollen. They told me it was normal and the swelling should go down. I've tried it all to help the swelling go down and nothing. I think they're even more swollen then before. Around when will they be going back to normal? Or is this too much already and should I be calling my Dr about it?

Did you have a long labor with continuous iv? If so it's very "normal" to be swollen. I would check in with your doctor if you are really uncomfortable.

I did have high blood pressure after birth. So that causes swollen feet? Oh wow , no good then.  They kept telling me I needed to relax at the hospital bc my pressure was high but that's all they would tell me.

Do u think it has something to do with high blood pressure? I know my sister had it a couple of hours after she gave birth the 2nd time and her feet were swollen but no more than that

I will. Its too much I think. I never had this with my other kids so I don't know. The hospital said it was normal on Wed but its been two days now of me soaking my feet in Epson salt , elevating them, and resting and they seem even fluffier :(
