symptoms come and go! panic!

Is it normal to have breast tenderness come and go? Nausea come and go? I just feel that my nose is constantly very dry and my throat. Fluish like symptoms. Help please!

This is my 2nd pregnancy as I m/c my first one at 2 months. I am extremely stressed about it. ):

I thankfully don't have morning sickness, but I get random bloody noses, and my boobs, omg my boobs... sometimes tingling, sometimes burning, currently a pearcing itching. Driving my nuts!

I'm 31 weeks and my morning sickness lasted till 28 weeks. Don't stress out.  Take it day by day, but if you are concerned go see your doctor. Feel better.

Yeah, I'd like to think it's normal. Most of the symptoms that I have had were come and go at some point or another.

Totally normal. Your body gets use to the hormone changes which causes symptoms to come and go. Definitely nothing to stress about at all :(

Don't stress it, my symptoms disappeared randomly for a few days when I was about 7 weeks pregnant, I freaked out... and it came back 4 days later. Instead of enjoying my few days without nausea, I was stressed out the whole time worrying... don't do what I did! Lol, enjoy your few days. I'm now 18 weeks and my symptoms have all disappeared!  I love it!!

I agree it's normal, I'm 10 weeks, have horrible morning sickness but still some days I feel less sick then others. My breastfeeding tenderness is similar, some days they hurt more, some less, or the periodic times where they don't bother me at all...sometimes I think it's cause I'm not really paying that much attention...I try to keep myself busy, have a 1yo home all day and work part time from home. The nose and throat thing is normal for me, as much as I hate getting up at night to used the bathroom I keep water for night time and am constantly drinking water or ice tea during the day.
