Oook I am 20 weeks & 4 days.. at my first appt I weighed 106 lbs.. at my last appt I weight 126 lbs... I have gained 20 lbs already!!!! I asked my Dr if I was gaining too much weight too fast and he said he advises women to gain 25 -30 lbs during the entire pregnancy.. but since I was under weight to begin with he wasnt too concerned.. and if I was worried I could walk.. aaaaanyways.. I am still nervous about it .
I was the same way with my first 2!! I was about 105 at the beginning and ended up being 148 wih my first and 156 with my second!! The weight flew off after both births i figure i was underweight therefore my body gained the nessisary weight i needed to carry a healthy baby!!! This time i started at 120 and have only gained 1 pound and im almost 16 weeks!! So i say your good to go and ur body is just gaining what it needs!!!!
i was the same with my 3rd pregnancy, i started at 106 lbs, by week 26 i weighed 126.. wheni delivered i weighed 138.. i think you'll be fine. by the time i left the hospital i weighed 120 and a week later i was down to107.. this time with #4 im not so lucky. i gained weight on birth control in between pregnancies and io started out at 126 im 16 weeks now and gained 9 lbs. i breastfed last time and i plan on it again, it helps with weight loss after birth.. good luck & congrats
