The really only way for relief is to be put on an antibiotic. Sure salt water will help ur gums but not ur tooth or infection. And im sorry but prob no oral surgeon will pull it this far along unless it is deemed medically necessary. If it is affecting ur health in some way maybe someone will pull it for u. Ive been a dental assistant for 10 years and ive seen this happen a lot. Very sorry and hope u can atleast get something till delivery!
U probably need an antibiotic. Sounds like u have an infection.
Get a doctors note so a dentist can treat you. My dentist gave me a letter with a list of dos and donts for dentist
Best thing i found is clove oil or just chewing on a whole clove near where the painful tooth is. Also after you eat swishing warm salty water in your mouth seems to dullen the pain a bit. But def clove oil or cloves. Nothing worse best of luck.
When I had a really bad toothache like that it kept me up all night crying. I had to use salt water to brush it an make it bleed (mine was an infection) and after that I used orjel on it and placed and asprin on my tooth. I DID NOT SWOLLOW THE ASPRIN. I let it dissolve on my tooth. I realize some swollowing occured, but I monitored movement of my daughter for hours, but I finally got relief enough to sleep.
I know that i had to take Tylenol 3 but i was in my first trimester. I don't know about the third
Just told to contact a dentist.
What does your doctor say? Have you gone to the ER?
