top of my foot hurts
So I don't know what happened but the top of my left foot on my vein hurts sooon bad to touch. I rubbed it today and almost fell to the floor in pain. Could i have busted a blood vessel? Is it pregnancy related?
I dont have knock knees. But I wonder if I have collapse arch thing. I have been walking differently due to my hips feeling like they are going to fall out of place. I have an appt next wed I will ask then. Thanks ladies.
^do you have knock-knees? This arch problem that I have is really common if you have knock-knees, because of the way you compensate while walking...it puts pressure on the wrong part of your foot.
If there's no bruise, go to your doc and see about collapsed arches. I have orthotic inserts for my shoes because my arches have collapsed (you have three different arches in your foot, and one is located a bit below your toes). Without my orthotics, I get a pain in the top of my foot because the collapsed arch pinches a nerve cluster. Based on what you've said, that's what it sounds like to me.
