My uterus has been tilted my whole life. I have always had terrible constipation so I don't go regular at all either. Sometimes I get cramping so bad I can't even stand to sit down. The dr's will let u take some things thy you can put in your drink to make everything come out easier. But being in your first trimester you are going to feel crappy anyways so its probably a little bit of everything.

I have a tilted uterus as well. Try cherry juice. It helped me with the constipation. The bloating stayed til I got to about 12 weeks. Congrats!!
