I have a uti as we speak. Only 8 weeks along. I also had a uti for my first child. My doc prescribed antibiotics and stated its very common during pregnancy. As stated already drink lots of fluids and cranberry juice.

Are u and your husband having sex? It could be some random bacteria or an over production of yeast idk just guessing things but alot of weird things happen when u r pregnant and with the braxton Hicks just eat and drink lots of water and elevate your feet they sux im like two days behind you and I get them now more frequent

Sorry i accidentely hit the post button... It didn't help much after they were placed my advice is drink lots of water and if they did give you antibiotics which they should have seeing as though a uti can change into something worse than take every single one of those antibiotic pills seriously every one if them! Hope this helps

I had several uti during both of my previous pregnancies with my son it started as a uti but bcuz he was leaning on my left side he was blocking my ureter and urine couldn't get through so it changed into a kidney infection which quickly changed into hydronephrosis and i had to have a stent placed 4 times which requires surgery! All while i was pregnant even with the stent in i started having kidney stones prior to the stents being placed soooooo it didn't hello
