You're not suppose to feel more then 4 Braxton hicks contractions in a hour
If you do you have to go in to be seen.
This happened to me when I was 28 weeks they were actual contractions
They had to give me medication for them to stop.my whole stomach started tightning really bad .. good luck

I may not be much help, someone who's experienced from pre-labour to the end may offer better info but I'll share my experience so far. With my first, my waters broke spontaneously at 34+4, 'proper' contractions started two hours later and they came hard and fast. These ones I only felt at the bottom of my uterus, around where I imagine my cervix is. They were like very very strong period pains. Currently I'm 35+2 and have been experiencing braxton hicks for a few weeks. They're not painful just uncomfortable and I mainly feel the tightness at the top of my bump, right under my ribs. Although that's where I feel it the most, my whole bump goes hard for around 30seconds. I've heard this happens in pre-labour and that theyre lower when dilating. Hope this helps :)
