Causes of pain below the left breast in a pregnant woman.

I had pain in that area alot at the beginning of my pregnancy. It was gas... It was extremely uncomfortable.

I would be cautious and call the dr yiur pancreas  is on the left side.

Sharp and quick pain? Or dull and consistent pain? Does it go away with a change of position? How far along are you? I had this several days ago, and being in a hospital I use my nurses as resources all the time, they didn't seem too concerned with it being that it resolved itself, but if it continues for a while (couple hours or days) I'd check with your Dr. Otherwise if you're far enough along, it could have just been baby stretching out or kicking up at the ribs, is what I was told, not comfy for us, but they call the shots now, don't they? lol
