vagina pains

So all day long I've been feeling what I can only describe as a sharp shooting pain inside my vagina. I've read that it's normal this far along in pregnancy and that it is most likely caused by my cervix starting to thin out/dilate.

I haven't seen any spotting or anything, nor has my mucous plug began to fall out. But I'm still worried. Does this mean I may go into labor soon? I'm only 32 weeks.

I go to the Dr tomorrow. But I'm pretty sure it's only To measure my bump and to check the heattbeat. She doesn't plan on doing anything else for 2 more weeks.

Well I went to my appt yesterday and I got her to check me bc I thought I had a yeast infection anyways. I'm not dilating any yet. So my next appt she's doing an NST just to see if I'm having contractions or not.

So far, so good. Hopefully the same goes for yall.

I'm having the same thing. Went to my doctor today and she said it's due to my baby being lower in my pelvis. So, my baby is beginning to drop. I'm sure the same is for you. I'm 36 weeks and only a fingertip dilated. Don't worry, just talk to your doctor about it.
