I looked a my hands and chest today. Omg! Road map! Such blue veins, all over my body. I am 12 weeks and worried this could be a sign of blood pressure (results have been normal). Or some kind o other abnormality! Help!

I actually was wondering this tmi while I was in the shower this morning. Without any effort my veins are pushed against my skin like if I am about to get my blood drawn. Your question and everyone's answer was helpful. Thank you lovely pregnant women.
You're perfectly fine. It happens. My boobs and arms are very blue with veins. Just increased blood flow.
No. It's a normal part of pregnancy. Your blood volume increases so veins are more visable, it happens. Relax

Completely normal. I see them on my hips, breast, legs, arms. ..ect. Your blood volume increases while pregnant creating the more visible veins.
My boobs and legs have a lot of veins. Icgot circulation knee highs for my legs. I hope after my baby is here they go away they aren't very pretty!
