Im 36 weeks and have only gained 14 lbs. At my ultrasound last week my baby weighed 6 lbs. My bff who had her baby last week gained 30 and her baby weighed 7 lbs 15 oz. I was big to begin with and she was little so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
