You can always take Tylenol cold capsules too for sinuses and what not
Tussin plain cough syrup + mucus. It only has one ingredient in it that starts with a "G" this is safe to take, trust me I double checked lol. It helped me a lot even with sore throat. I took this with Tylenol when I had a fever and a cough

Nothing but water your body will fight it off its horrible. I had the flu and there wasnt anything i was able to take
