yes and if you have to have your carbs,cause we can't do with out them, have extra protein like boiled eggs
I too failed the first one and purchased cook books based on GD or you could just go to your local library. Stay away from carbs pasta, rice, bread etc. Like above stated LOTS of veggies and protein I traded sandwiches for wheat wraps and still keep the habbit.
Lots of veggies. .. of course with healthy protein... start looking at labels and try not too have sugarsa or things that become sugars like pasta.. I didn't pass first test and I started ti make veggie shakes and eating grilled chicken ...I passed my 3hr... Good me it was difficult changing eating habits but anything for baby; ) try the nutri bullet:)
