when should you feel your baby move

I'm 8 weeks 3 days and pregnant with my second child. They say you can feel your baby move sooner. Just wonder when you felt your second or third baby move or "have quickening"

I feel random pops in my uterus like a couple times a day. It may be my uterus Shifting upwards right now. I know it's not gas. I get gas cramps that go to my back there are like a second and gone. Always in the same spot too. I highly doubt it's the baby but feels cool
