worried never happened before

Hi I'm 31 and found out I was pregnant a few weeks ago I went to see my doctor on Feb 6th and he did a u/s my lmp was Dec 12 but according to u/s doc only saw sac and said I wasn't that far along and gave me two sets of blood work to do so I did my first one Fri the 6th and second set on Tuesday the 11th the doc called and said my levels 3000 to 10000 which he said was a good increase and set an u/s for next weds well today I used the restroom and there was some red blood in the toilet and pink blood on tissue I've never had this with any of my other pregnancys im wondering if it has anything to do with me losing my 3rd child when I was 8 months pregnant due to car accident they had to do an emergency c section and restore my utrus this was 5 years ago has anyone else have this happen and wind up with a baby at the end? I did call doc and he said I could go to the er if I wanted to but if I didn't have any pain it could be normal and if I don't have any more bleeding we can see weds what's going on with the u/s scheduled what should I do?

my LMP was Dec 9th
I had a gush of blood jan 19th. Only once. went to ER and heartbeat was there.
No more blood after, just brown on TP after wiping, and after intercourse.
Had an U/S Wednesday at 9w1d and little bean is in there flipping and kicking away.

If you're not in pain and it was just the little bit of blood I would try to relax, stay off your feet, avoid stairs when possible, and try to stay positive. That's what my doc told me when I had bleeding at 6-7 weeks. I'm now 14+4 and baby is holding strong. Good luck and keep us posted! :)
